Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Leading Digital Printing Company looking to hire multiple customer service reps to support their growing customer base. New England Label is one of the largest digital label printing companies in New England and produces labels and printed collateral for some of New England’s most well respected brands across all industries.
CSR’s will receive hands on training and exposure to all aspects of the business and be responsible for customer relationship management, order entry, order processing and various process improvement initiatives across the organization
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Managing new and existing relationships with New England Label Customers
- Handle all aspects of customer orders, inquiries, complaints, and customer commentary
- Process purchase orders through our internal system
- Submit quotes to estimating
- Submit pricing to customers
- Manage internal flow of orders through the manufacturing process
- Manage communication between internal and external customers – sales, manufacturing , etc.
- Assist with various internal committees for continuous process improvements
- Assist in the upkeep and management of files, digitization, and other process and information management related tasks
- Training and development of other customer service representatives
Looking for motivated and outgoing candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Will Train the right candidate but customer service & relationship development experience is a plus.

Manufacturing Associates (1st & 2nd Shift)
Leading Digital Printing Company looking to hire multiple manufacturing positions to support their growing customer base. New England Label is one of the largest digital label printing companies in New England and produces labels and printed collateral for some of New England’s most well respected brands across all industries.
Manufacturing associates will receive hands on training and exposure to all aspects of the label manufacturing process and be responsible for light manufacturing inspection work on printed labels, documents, and books. Applicants must be capable of completing tasks that involve repetitive handwork.
Looking for reliable, detail oriented, and responsible hard workers. Previous inspection and/or printing experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
This is a full-time, temporary to permanent after 90 days, position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or second shift from 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Salary/ hourly wage will be commensurate with experience. Permanent employee benefits include: medical, dental, life, and short term disability insurance, paid vacation and personal days.
